What do the included minutes cover?
Minutes include all inbound and outbound call time processed through the Vocals platform. This covers the full voice pipeline: transcription, AI processing, and voice synthesis.
What happens if I exceed my plan's minutes?
You'll be billed at the overage rate for your plan (€0.05/min for Free and Starter, €0.04/min for Pro). You can monitor your usage in real time from the dashboard.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated.
What does Bring Your Own Keys (BYOK) mean?
BYOK lets you connect your own API keys from providers like OpenAI, ElevenLabs, or Deepgram. You pay providers directly at their rates — Vocals never adds a markup.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Enterprise plans can be invoiced with custom payment terms.
Is there a commitment or contract?
No. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You can cancel anytime.
